Our winch line extensions provide extra reach and versatility by connecting seamlessly to an existing winch line, making them ideal for vehicle recovery, industrial winching, and off-road applications. Constructed from high-quality 1/2″ steel cable with an average breaking strength of 26,000 lbs, these extensions offer exceptional strength and durability for demanding pulls.
Key Features and Benefits:
- Flemished sleeves – Stronger and safer than duplex or “turnback” eyes, with a tapered design to reduce snagging.
- Two steel thimbles – One at each end for a reinforced eye and secure connection.
- Forged alloy steel hook – With a 3 Ton Working Load Limit (WLL), attaches to the steel thimble for maximum durability, and includes a safety latch for added security.
Available in standard lengths from 50 to 200 feet, our winch line extensions ensure maximum pulling power and flexibility, allowing you to tackle longer-distance recoveries and complex winching scenarios with confidence. Custom lengths are also available upon request, as we are a full-service rigging shop with multiple locations, building custom cable assemblies daily to meet specific needs.
Due to the custom-built nature of these winch lines and the extensive handling required in fabrication, they are not returnable.
