The Sherline 1″ Adjustable Die Holder Tailstock is designed to provide accurate threading results for your lathe projects. With its split design, you can achieve precise centering accuracy, ensuring that your threads are cut perfectly every time.

The adjustable die holder utilizes the same split design to achieve centering accuracy, allowing for precise threading results. The 1″ button die is held in the face plate, and shafts held in a chuck or collet in the lathe headstock spindle can be threaded with ease.

Versatile and Compatible

The Sherline Die Holder 1″ is designed to be versatile and compatible with your Sherline lathe headstock spindle. The tailstock is not tightened to the bed, allowing the die to feed itself onto the parts as the part is rotated by hand with the spindle, preferably with the large handwheel from the thread-cutting attachment or the P/N 2049 spindle handwheel.

Additional Features

The die holder also includes a 13/16″ bushing that allows smaller dies of that size to be held as well, providing additional versatility for your threading needs. With the Sherline 1″ Adjustable Die Holder Tailstock, you can achieve professional-grade results with ease.
